Hoy Grows In NYC.

Daily circulation at Hoy rose 19 percent and Sunday circulation jumped 39 percent in the six-month period ended Sept. 30, according to the September 2002 Publisher’s Statement as filed with the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC), subject to audit.
