Hoy’s Circ Rises in NYC.

Hoy in New York showed daily circulation gains of more than 15,000 and Sunday circulation gains of more than 4,000 for the six-month period ended Sept. 30, according to the September 2003 Publisher’s Statement as filed with the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC), subject to audit.
