HYPA acquires Travel Media Northwest Inc. and Hispanic Impact Media Inc.

Hispanic Yellow Pages of America ‘HYPA’ announced that it has completed the acquisition of Travel Media Northwest Inc. (TMNW), and Hispanic Impact Media Inc., (HIM) .
HYPA was created for the purpose of building and operating Spanish-language yellow page directories across the U.S. HYPA currently publishes Spanish yellow page directories in Illinois, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada and with the addition of Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah; HYPA is reaching close to one million Hispanic households.
Carlos Signoret, Hispania’s Managing Partner, noted, “We are firmly committed on HYPA’s growth strategy and are extremely pleased about the NW region yellow page directory acquisition, and most importantly the strategic joint venture with TMNW & HIM.”
Sri Naidu, President of Travel Media Northwest, Inc. and Hispanic Impact Media, Inc., stated, “The Oregon-Washington-Idaho region now has over 1 million Hispanic residents with over $13 billion dollars in buying power and recognizing that in order to provide a comprehensive Spanish Yellow Pages to the residents of the NW region we needed Hispania as a partner to help attain our goals.” Travel Media Northwest Inc. will continue to maintain the business of producing the Newcomer and Homebuyers Infopak as well as the Dine Out and Visitor Service Guide.
