IBOPE Media Workstation launches in Puerto Rico.
April 18, 2010
Last Thursday, the Puerto Rican advertising community met to learn and discuss IBOPE’s latest achievements and releases.
Eleven months after the purchase of Mediafax, followed by a significant investment into the company, IBOPE has launched an entirely new client service system (including the IBOPE Media Workstation, our audience measurement software, the Planview, optimizing software that manages Broadcast and Pay TV data, and the Monitor Evolution, software that provides clients with multimedia Adspend data).
“I am very happy to see the industry’s interest in the new IBOPE tools. It’s great to see so many broadcasters, advertisers, agencies and Pay TV operators in the same room engaged in a discussion on improving the advertising community” – says Antonio Wanderley, Regional Director of Business Development for IBOPE Media.
Amongst the different initiatives, the newly formed IBOPE Client Technical Committee was presented to the industry. They are currently working on different proposals, such as changing the broadcasters monitored by IBOPE’s AdSpend service and the methodology for collecting radio data to accommodate to the market’s present needs.
“One of the most important keys in the success of IBOPE in Latin America, is the teamwork Developed between our company and the advertising industry in general, all the important decisions and the improvements of our services are based in the common interest of the industry, We will always receive the feedback of our clients and that input is the starting point in any modification for our service; Transparency and honesty in all communications is the building block of our actions” said Roberto Trigos Executive Vice President and General Manager IBOPE Media Puerto Rico
IBOPE’s MediaClass is also open for registration and is available for all clients with classes beginning this summer. “The course will start with the most basic media research principles and will take the students across all different aspects of the media trading process” – says Aaron Silva, Sr. Manager of C.S. for IBOPE Media
