Ingrid Otero-Smart President/COO of Mendoza Dillon has decide to leave the agency after 18 years of service to pursue new opportunities.
Ms. Otero Smart is a proven Hispanic market expert, leader, mentor, professional and was the President of the Association of Hispanic Advertising Agencies. She was instrumental in the agency’s win on the Cingular Wireless account last year.
Industry insiders speculate that she will shortly be involved once again in the Hispanic Market advertising community.
