Isabela Sanchez joins Zubi Advertising to run the Media Department.

Isabela Sanchez was introduced as the new Media Planning Guru at Coral Gables based Zubi Advertising. The agency has gone through some changes in their media department in the last year with the sudden departure of veteran media planning executive Lula Olmedo. Who was replaced by the high profile Latin American media planning executive Javier Mantilla., who left the agency abruptly in less than a year.

Industry insiders speculate that the agency is having some internal issues.

Ms. Sanchez joins a department where long time media planning executive Silvia Alvarez has also left the agency on her arrival, to stabilize a department in much need of leadership. Especial on the heels of Sergio Mankita’s departure leaving a vacancy in the digital department expertise.

Ms. Sanchez has her work cut out for her with one very demanding client and independent agency owners.

Ms. Sanchez who has an extensive media planning background at The Bravo Group under Daisy Exposito-Ulla & Gloria Constanza and Tapestry under Monica Gadsby has the ability to turn the department around and stabilize the reputation of the department, along with the agency’s ability to handle media planning & buying as in yesteryear.
