October 9, 2012
Colombian-born racecar driver Juan Pablo Montoya of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, has teamed with the Homestead-Miami Speedway to offer a special entry package to the race to reward fans and benefit his Formula Smiles Foundation.
The NASCAR race at the Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 18th is the last such event of 2012. NASCAR fans and followers of Montoya will have the opportunity to attend the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Ford EcoBoost Championship 400, participate in an exclusive interview session with Montoya, tour the pit area prior to the start of the race, receive a commemorative Montoya cap, and participate in a raffle. The entry fee for this special package is $142.00 per person. A percent of the proceeds from the sales of the package will go to benefit Formula Smiles Foundation.
Formula Smiles Foundation, a nonprofit organization founded by Montoya in 2003, is dedicated to improving the quality of life of thousands of Colombian children who are burdened by poverty and violence, teaching them through sports that there is hope to believe in a better future and excel in life.
