Kalfus – Chief Insights Officer @ The Bravo Group.

The Bravo Group announced the appointment of Jaime Kalfus as Chief Insights Officer.
As the Chief Insights Officer, Kalfus will be responsible for the overall development of the strategic and account planning functions throughout The Bravo Group.
“Jaime brings fresh thinking to the way that we understand and connect with our consumers,” said Linda De Jesús-Cutler, COO & President, The Bravo Group. “She will inspire those around her toward the development of powerful ideas and breakthrough creative,” added De Jesús-Cutler.
Most recently, Kalfus was the Associate Director of Brand Planning at Deutsch where she served as the interim leader of the department. In that role, she was responsible for the strategic direction on the agency’s largest client of J&J/McNeil as well as guiding the brand vision on the Olympus new business win. Kalfus also provided mentorship to the eight Brand Planners in the department and helped to establish growth plans for their personal/professional development.
Prior to Deutsch, Kalfus spent most of her career at Young & Rubicam Brands building iconic brands with award-winning communications. As Group Director of Brand Planning, Y&R, New York, Kalfus was a key participant in repositioning Y&R around the new metric of “Energy”. She launched a new Brand Planning vision and process to coincide with the rollout. She also teamed to develop a robust knowledge sharing system for worldwide Planners and led a team of strategists on Vanguard, MetLife, Xerox, Weight Watchers, and Campbell’s as well as actively engaged in new business. Other positions Kalfus held at Young & Rubicam include Director of Strategic Planning, Young & Rubicam, San Francisco; E.V.P. Director of Global Research, The Intelligence Factory; and S.V.P. and Director of Account Planning; Young & Rubicam, New York.
Kalfus has also held positions as Director of Research, PC Magazine; Associate Group Head, Research and Planning, Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising and Market Research Manager, Liebling Associates.
Kalfus has been honored with numerous awards including Effies, One Show and WPP’s Atticus.
