Kanal D Drama premieres El Pecado del Amor

Kanal D Drama premieres the family drama El Pecado del Amor (Love & Sin) on January 25 on its linear channel and through the Kanal D Drama app in for the U.S. Hispanic market.

El Pecado del Amor is a family drama that follows the story of Kerim Aslan, a successful businessman in his fifties, and his family. They live comfortably until Kerim’s driver is killed while trying to save his life. Kerim feels a moral obligation to care for the murdered driver’s family and hires his widow and her daughter Nesrin to help with household chores, not realizing that this will jeopardize the stability of his own family. Nesrin starts to covet the luxurious lifestyle she witnesses every day and starts wanting everything that Selda, Kerim’s wife and lady of the house, has. She soon declares Selda to be her enemy. This attractive and unscrupulous young woman will try by all means to destroy and break up the family and will seduce Kerim. She will discover the great secret that Selda hides, which could end her marriage with Kerim. Intrigue and mistrust will invade Kerim’s home, and nothing will ever be the same for his family. With a very contemporary plot, El Pecado del Amor is full of unexpected twists and turns that will hook viewers from the first episode, promising to become the drama of the moment and the favorite of the Hispanic audience.
