Keeping Those That Need ‘A Little Joy In Their Lives’ Top of Mind!

As the holidays came and went, a growing tradition, created by d expósito & Partners, is to have the Three Kings visit the families of The Ronald McDonald House of New York, a facility that offers children with cancer and their families, shelter and support while they undergo treatment. The Three Kings – Gaspar, Melchior and Balthazar were represented by employees from d expósito & Partners – Daniel Gergely, Adrián Jordán and Wilson Guzmán.

For the past two years, Wilson Guzmán (in yellow costume of Balthazar on right side of the photo), who works in Public Relations, puts together a Three Kings visit for the kids of the RMH. The Kings bring gifts and joy to the kids, but best of all, a reminder of the Holiday Spirit and tradition that they miss as they are away from their homes or in some cases, their homeland.

“Seeing the kids faces brighten up as we enter the room, fills me with a mix of emotions; I am saddened to see them struggling with their treatments but overjoyed to see their bright eyes fill with hope that they will see better days to come,” stated Guzman. “I look forward to this event every year, as it helps me to reflect on the resilience of the human spirit!”

How does he help the rest of the year? By working intensely on the RMHCHACER Scholarship of the New York Tri-State area, to assist Latino high school students in need of financial help.
