Kevin Conroy joins Newell Rubbermaid Board of Directors.

Newell Rubbermaid announced that Kevin Conroy has been elected to the company’s board of directors, raising the total number of directors to 12. Conroy is President of Univision Interactive Media Inc., the digital division of Univision Communications Inc.
