La Comunidad ups and adds to talent bench.

Antoinette Zel, President and CEO of La Comunidad, announced the promotions of client management execs Maryanne Dammrich and Denisse Molina to Account Directors, and the addition of Paula Soares as Account Director.

Named 2012 Agency to Watch, La Comunidad has had a laser focus on strengthening its in-house talent not only in the agency’s core area of creative, but in strategic support areas like Account Management.

Dammrich, a three-year vet of la Comunidad (or “Communitarian,” as employees are called) formerly from Element 79 in Chicago, has been a strong partner and lead in managing the multi-brand portfolio of one of the agency’s top clients, Crown Imports (Corona Extra, Modelo Especial, Corona Light and Victoria).

Molina, a Communitarian for two years, first led the agency’s US-Hispanic Kraft-Cadbury business (Trident, Wheat Thins, Ritz and Planters) and given her automotive experience, in 2011, she was appointed as account director of the agency’s several digital and design projects for Volvo Cars’ leading support teams from Miami, Sweden, Los Angeles and Munich.

Lastly, Paula Soares has joined as a new Communitarian, and has been appointed as the lead Account Director for Trident US Hispanic amongst others.  Soares previously managed campaigns for brands such as Ford Motor Company and Aflac and most recently led Nokia’s integrated efforts in Latin America and Caribbean.
