“Lady, La Vendedora de Rosas” to premiere on UniMás

UniMás is set to premiere the series “Lady, La Vendedora de Rosas” (Lady, The Rose Seller), a powerful, bittersweet story based on the real life of Colombian child-star Lady María Tabares.
                  
Colombian actress Natalia Reyes gives life to Lady María Tabares, bringing the poignant story of her rise from poverty to success and glory, followed by a tragic descent back to an even more hellish existence. Lady, who began selling roses at an early age, is discovered by a film director who transforms her into the leading actress of the first Colombian film nominated to the Cannes Festival, entitled “La Vendedora de Rosas” (The Rose Seller).
