Lápiz ‘Multicultural Agency of the Year’ @ American Association of Ad Agencies.

Chicago-based Lápiz, recently received an “O’Toole Multicultural Award” from the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s), which signifies Agency of the Year status and is the highest honor the association bestows upon agencies.
Based on creative merit alone, the 4A’s picked Lápiz based on its work for such clients as Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, Wrigley and Tecate. The award marks another bright spot in a continued hot streak for the agency, which has recently celebrated award wins from Advertising Age magazine, a leading industry trade magazine; the EFFIEs, which mark ad effectiveness; and the Mobius festival.
“We’re in a great place right now,” said Lápiz President Dolores Kunda. “Our staff and clients are focused on both creativity and results.”
