Largest Digital Fiestas Patrias Celebration in US History

  This past Sunday, September 8th, 2013, Liberman Broadcasting Inc. and Del Rey Marketing hosted the largest Fiestas Patrias celebration in the United States. Over 17 top musical acts in the Regional Mexican and Pop music genre entertained one of the biggest crowds ever seen at the famous Whittier Narrows Park venue in Los Angeles, California. The concert hosted greats like Gloria Trevi, Intocable, Tucanes De Tijuana, Ana Barbara, Luis Coronel, and a special duet performance between Gerardo Ortiz and Espinoza Paz that closed the show. Also in attendance at this historic event were the Rivera family that included Juan Rivera, Rosa Rivera (Jenni Rivera’s mother), and the ever popular Chiquis Rivera.

The recently appointed Mexican consulate Carlos Sada led the “El Grito de la Independencia” ceremony (“Cry of Independence”) with the enthusiastic crowd loudly echoing back the “Grito”.

Also a first this year, the event was streamed Live nationally via the internet on www.fiestaspatrias2013.com for all Hispanics to enjoy. The online experience offered visitors the opportunity to enjoy three simultaneous Live stream broadcasts that began at 12Noon and ended at 6:30PM (18 hours of truly unique content); one covering all Live performances from the main stage, the second capturing all the exciting backstage celebrity interviews at the Toyota VIP Lounge, and the third, a “roamer” camera that recorded all the candid moments between celebrities and fans throughout the event.
