‘Las Posadas de Miel’ a guide for the Holidays.

The feast of Posadas is one of the most-revered Christmas traditions celebrated across Mexico and other parts of Latin America. Las Posadas festivities, held every December 16th – 24th, commemorates Mary and Joseph’s journey to Bethlehem – when they were refused lodging on the night Jesus was born. To honor this long-standing Latin tradition, the National Honey Board created “GUIA PARA POSADAS,” an all-purpose Spanish-language guide with tips on how to host the perfect Posada, create delicious holiday recipes incorporating 100% pure honey, and a list of the most popular Posadas held each year across the country.
