Latin Expo USA.

The National Council of La Raza (NCLR), the largest national Hispanic civil rights organization in the U.S., will present LATINO EXPO USA during its Annual Conference July 20-21 at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida. The event attracts over 15,000 participants, bringing together some of the nation’s foremost business and community leaders,
government officials, and entertainers.

This year’s theme, Making Our Nation Stronger: Latinos United for a Greater America, reflects the commitment that Latinos share with other Americans to promote the basic principles of this country and help to make it stronger. The continued growth of the Latino community has helped to highlight the issues and values that matter to all Americans: improved education, employment prospects, homeownership, quality health care, freedom, and fairness.

This year’s Latino Expo USA will have over 200 exhibits from leading Fortune 500 companies, Hispanic-owned businesses, nonprofit organizations, colleges and universities, and government agencies. The Expo also marks the return of the Homeownership Fair, which assists interested persons with information and advice on every step of the home-buying process. Also returning is the Diversity Job Fair where recruiters from Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations from across the country will meet and interview talented candidates. Finally, Latino Faire, a favorite with the public will feature appearances and autograph sessions with Latino entertainers, actors, and athletes. The expo will be open to the public on Saturday, July 20 and Sunday, July 21 from 11:00am-5:00pm.
