Vardo Entertainment announced that it has partnered with a new Latin mobile content distribution company called Ritmo Tunes; Vardo Entertainment will utilize its existing partnership with Jamster!, which will serve as the premier provider of mobile content to distribute Ritmo Tunes’ digital content worldwide.

Ritmo Tunes will serve as a Latin music portal and digital distributor of mobile content such as ring tones, wallpapers, games and software for mobile communication devices. Ritmo Tunes will target an emerging Latino urban youth market for direct consumer marketing and promote Reggaeton, Latin Hip-Hop, Pop and Rock artists as well as other entertainment content.

Under the agreement, Vardo Entertainment and Ritmo Tunes will leverage Jamster!’s worldwide distribution channel, marketing expertise and advertising campaigns as it expands operations, targets the Reggaeton market and helps facilitate the cross-over movement in the digital entertainment world.

Ritmo Tunes’s promotions will target outlets such as MTV, MTV2, MTV Latino, MTV Puerto Rico, Mun2, Telemundo, Univision, SiTV and LATV.
