Latino Media Network announces organizational changes
January 31, 2025

As part of its ongoing commitment to serving, inspiring, informing, and celebrating the U.S. Hispanic community, Latino Media Network (LMN) announced key leadership changes to enhance its operational structure and better serve its audiences and partners. Effective immediately, LMN is regionalizing into three (3) strategic market groupings which will enhance our local focus and strengthen our ability to make a local impact.
LMN has announced the appointment of three exceptional leaders as Regional General Managers, each responsible for driving sales and operational excellence:
Vicky Guerrero will lead the Texas markets, including McAllen, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.
Mauricio Palacios will manage the California and Nevada markets, including Los Angeles, Fresno, and Las Vegas.
Mike Sena will expand his leadership to include Chicago, alongside his current oversight of the Miami, Florida market.
“This realignment reflects LMN’s unwavering commitment to growth and our mission to fill a much-needed gap in the market for the U.S. Hispanic community,” said LMN Interim Chief Executive Officer Marc Manahan. “Our stations are critical touchpoints for information, particularly in addressing the community’s concerns in moments of crisis or natural disasters, such as those we recently experienced in Los Angeles. By focusing on three regions, we are able to have additional sales and promotional efforts for our stations, which better positions us to amplify our impact in the local market and the communities we serve.
These leaders will report to Raysa Rodriguez-Leon for commercial sales and Ken Wilkey for operating matters, ensuring alignment with LMN’s broader goals and reinforcing LMN’s focus on empowering regional teams while fostering cross-departmental synergies to amplify our reach and community impact.
