LatinWorks adds to Team.

LatinWorks announced the addition of Rafael Serrano, as Creative Director, and Scott Radigk as Director of Production Operations.

In the role of Creative Director, Serrano will oversee the creative development of campaigns for clients, such as Bacardi, Kimberly-Clark, Texas Lottery, Shell and ESPN Deportes.

Prior to joining LatinWorks, Serrano worked in agencies as diverse as Bromley Communications and Wieden and Kennedy, allowing him to work on award winning creative in virtually every category in the business. He has been recognized at the Cannes Lions Festival, FIAP, Obie Awards, Mercury Radio Awards, O’Toole Awards and most recently, The ARF David Ogilvy Awards.

Serrano he has been successful in developing campaigns for clients, such as Nike, General Mills, Continental Airlines, Procter & Gamble, Coors, Mun2 and The National Pork Board.

Radigk was with the Marketing Arm in Dallas as controller where he was responsible for the preparation and management of financial information for all divisions.

In this newly created role, Radigk will work with all departments to integrate the production process and manage production workflow through the agency while working towards an overall concept approach to production. His experience spans from production, operations, business management, finance, talent/music negotiations and account service.

Prior to joining LatinWorks, Radigk worked at varied agencies such as Leo Burnett, DDB Needham and Dieste Harmel and Partners. Radigk received his BA in Business Administration/Marketing from Governors State University in University Park, IL. From there he went on to pursue an MBA in Marketing from Oklahoma City University and an MS in Accounting from University of Dallas. Since then he has worked on such clients as McDonalds, American Airlines, Kellogg’s, Anheuser Busch, Fruit of the Loom and Pepsi.
