LatinWorks promotes Senior Team Members.

Norberto “Norbi” Zylberberg has been promoted to Vice President, Group Director. Zylberberg has been with LatinWorks since 2002 and has managed creative duties on various accounts, Hyundai, Mars, Domino’s and ESPN. Originally from Argentina, he joined the agency from JWT Buenos Aires.
Keisha Andrews has been promoted to Vice President, Media Strategy. Andrews joined LatinWorks in 2004 from Starcom Mediavest Group in Chicago. At the time of her joining the agency, LatinWorks did not have a media department, nor any media-based clients. Throughout her six-year tenure Andrews has grown the media department to include a full team of planners and buyers managing Domino’s, H-E-B, Marshalls and the Texas Lottery.
Lonnie Limon, who joined the agency in 2006, has been promoted to Vice President, Group Director. Throughout his time at LatinWorks, he has been responsible for leading various significant accounts during his tenure. Currently, he oversees strategic and creative development for Anheuser-Busch, Domino’s and Marshalls.
Charlie Neugebauer, who came to LatinWorks by way of J. Walter Thompson in Mexico City, has been promoted to Vice President, Group Director. Throughout his career he has led and managed various accounts including Ford, P&G and Mitsubishi at agencies such as Grey and Leo Burnett. In addition to Mexico, Neugebauer has worked in the U.S. market and Puerto Rico.
