An Irreverent Look at Hollywood Movies From LATV’s Unique Point of View, “LATV Does Hollywood” Will Showcase Mainstream Films As Well As Latino Cinema From a ‘Spanglish’ Perspective
Show Will Feature Celebrity Interviews (Sofia Vergara, Jessica Simpson, Matt Damon, Kate Hudson), Behind the Scenes Footage, Movie Item Giveaways, the Chance To Win Tickets to Film Premieres, and a First-Hand Look at New Films Coming Out of Latin America and Spain
Popular Los Angeles-based bilingual youth network LATV will be launching its first program dedicated to the big screen. Launching August 5th at 8pm, “LATV Does Hollywood” will bring Latino urban audiences the scoop they won’t see on E! or Entertainment Tonight. The program will feature celebrity interviews, behind the scenes footage, movie item giveaways and a chance to win tickets to a Hollywood movie premiere. It will also provide a first-hand look at new films from Latin America and Spain. For August, the show includes interviews with Jessica Simpson, Johnny Knoxville, Sofia Vergara, Matt Damon, Kate Hudson, Alias’ Mia Maestro. ‘LATV Does Hollywood’ will feature mainstream films as well as promote Latino cinema, but its audience will get a taste of movies from a “Spanglish” prospective.
