LéaLA and REVOLUCION Coachella has selected SMG as their marketing partner.

SMG Inc., (Shopper Marketing Group) has been chosen as a partner marketing agency for two important and culturally-inviting festivals in Southern CA for 2013.  SMG will also be providing retail and shopper marketing program extensions for each property based on sponsors and retail partners’ needs.
 
LéaLA, the largest Spanish-language book fair in the U.S. to be held at the LA Convention Center, May 17-19 will bring together over 70,000 mainly Hispanic attendees to this free 3-day educational, interactive and culturally-inspiring festival.  “This audience tends to have a higher household income, higher education, married with children, and is generally Spanish-dominant” adds Mario Echevarria with SMG. With over 300 participating authors and publishers, and more than 250 attractions for children, LéaLA is produced by The University of Guadalajara Foundation / USA.
 
REVOLUCION Coachella is the first-ever Latino Lifestyle & Entertainment Festival to take place in the Coachella Valley, Oct. 12-13, 2013, representing the best of the Southwest U.S. with top Regional Mexican, rock, urban and internationally-popular talent.  With 30-35,000 expected paid attendance, the festival will showcase Latino lifestyles through their passion for the arts, music, food, and classic cars, motorcycles, graffiti art, face-painting, games and rides. “We have been planning with the City of Indio in the Coachella Valley and everything is in place while talent negotiations and commitments are being made,” said festival co-producer, Liliana Miranda of 3rd Lyon Productions.
