Liberman Broadcasting Acquires KMXN-AM In Anaheim, CA.

Liberman Broadcasting has filed for the purchase of Astor Broadcast Group’s KMXN-AM in Anaheim, CA. The price is expected to surpass $35 million. The purpose is to eliminate the short-space to Liberman’s KBUA/San Fernando, CA. Liberman will begin simulcasting KBUA’s programming on KMXN via an LMA prior to closing.
