As a returning fourth year sponsor of the 18th Annual San Diego Latino Film Festival held March 10th – 20th at the Ultra Star Mission Valley Cinemas at Hazard Center, Harrah’s Rincon announces the details of its “VIP” prize package developed exclusively as a grand prize giveaway for the film festival.
