Lisette Arsuaga

After years as a marketing strategist, consultant and advertising communicator, Lisette Arsuaga is at the forefront of a new, influential force that is knocking at the door of Corporate America with a provocatively persuasive pitch on behalf of multiculturalism. Lisette is co-founder of the Alliance for Inclusive and Multicultural Marketing (AIMM), affiliated with the powerful Association of National Advertisers (ANA), along with her life and business partner, Gilbert Dávila, and long-time colleague, Carlos Santiago. Convening more than 100-plus corporations, ad agencies, research and media companies, and the trade associations in a concerted and unified effort to address challenges in the ad industry, including representation of Latinos and other multicultural groups.

Lisette is Co-President, Co-CEO and Head Strategist of DMI Consulting (Dávila Marketing Insights), a company she and Gilbert founded in 2010. At DMI, she offers strategic guidance to clients that include McDonald’s, P&G, Anheuser-Busch, Dunkin Brands, Ulta Beauty, Kellogg’s and Marriott Hotels. Prior to founding DMI, she led strategy, communications and philanthropy efforts for companies and national organizations. She created strategic alliances and programs with media companies, government agencies and celebrities to effectively reach multicultural groups in a culturally-relevant way. Additionally, as a strong advocate for venture philanthropy, she has forged partnerships to provide corporations a greater affinity with their targeted markets, while generating new revenue for non-profit groups and multicultural communities across America.

Lisette was born in Puerto Rico. She studied creative writing, literature and communications at the University of Michigan. In her own business, she is an innovative leader. At AIMM, she is already collaborating with clients and agencies to help shape the future of inclusive and multicultural marketing so that it is as robust and consistent as it should be.
