Los Sponsors of Nuestra Belleza Latina 2012.

The Univision Network announced its roster of new and returning sponsors for “Nuestra Belleza Latina” (“Our Latin Beauty”), the program that combines the glamour of a beauty competition with the excitement of reality television to crown the next talented young Latina. AT&T, Colgate Optic White, jcpenney, Maybelline New York, GARNIER Fructis and SUBWAY Restaurants will be featured throughout the sixth installment which premieres on Sunday, March 4 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
 
“We are excited to connect these brands to one of Hispanic America’s most popular television franchises,” said David Lawenda, president of Advertising Sales and Marketing, Univision Communications Inc. “Each week, millions will tune in, visit Univision.com for beauty tips and behind-the-scenes action and vote on their mobile devices for their favorite beauties.”
 
AT&T, Colgate Optic White, jcpenney, Maybelline New York, GARNIER Fructis and SUBWAY Restaurants will each have individualized programming content that will be co-created, seamlessly integrating the brands into the show via sponsored challenges that contestants will face on a weekly basis. Brands will also have product placement opportunities, branded recaps and other showcases throughout the season.
 
AT&T, Colgate Optic White, jcpenney, Maybelline New York, GARNIER Fructis and SUBWAY Restaurants have also partnered with Univision to provide the winner of “Nuestra Belleza Latina” with a cash prize. The winner of the beauty competition will also receive a contract as Univision’s newest on-air personality.
 
“Nuestra Belleza Latina,” hosted by Giselle Blondet, will deliver full force entertainment by mixing the thrills of reality television with the glitz of beauty competitions. Judges include renowned beauty coach Osmel Sousa, who also is president of Miss Venezuela; Mexico’s former Miss Universe, Lupita Jones; and Julian Gil, the actor from Univision’s hit novela “La Que No Podia Amar” (“The One That Couldn’t Love”). The show kicks off with 58 contestants, representing various states across the country, including Puerto Rico.
 
Throughout the show, NuestraBellezaLatina.com will feature exclusive videos from the mansion where the contestants live, including intimate video confessions, beauty tips, program recaps, photos, daily updates and more.
 
AT&T is featuring a dedicated section on NuestraBellezaLatina.com, including a sweepstakes giving fans the chance to win $10,000. AT&T is also being integrated into the first-ever “Nuestra Belleza Latina” webnovela “La Heredera” (The Heiress), available online and on mobile. Each week, fans can choose between two alternate endings and dictate the storyline for the next episode. Plus, AT&T fans can vote for their favorite “belleza” each week via SMS mobile voting.
