Major League Soccer Joins Fox Sports World Español’s Line-Up.

Fox Sports World Español has added Major League Soccer 2001 regular season matches to its exceptional list of year-round international soccer programming.

The network’s schedule of matches kicked off in early May and continues through August with live broadcasts featuring the Los Angeles Galaxy, Kansas City Wizards (2000 League champions), MetroStars, Dallas Burn, Miami Fusion and Chicago Fire (2000 U.S. Open Cup champions), among others.

Fox Sports World Español’s diverse soccer line-up currently includes leagues from Argentina, Mexico, Chile, El Salvador and England, in addition to popular competitions like the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, the International Tournament of Toulon Under-21 and many 2002 World Cup Qualifiers.

Some of this season’s top Latin American players in MLS include Tampa Bay Mutiny’s Carlos Valderrama, the Miami Fusion’s Diego Serna and Pablo Mastroeni, Los Angeles Galaxy’s Luis Hernandez and Mauricio Cienfuegos, and Dallas Burn’s Joselito Vaca.

The 12 teams that comprise MLS are: the Chicago Fire, Colorado Rapids, Columbus Crew, Dallas Burn, D.C. United, Kansas City Wizards, Los Angeles Galaxy, MetroStars, Miami Fusion, New England Revolution, San Jose Earthquakes and the Tampa Bay Mutiny.
