Marco Gonzalez Launches MaGo! PR

Marco Antonio Gonzalez, a seasoned corporate communications executive, officially launches MaGo! PR, a full-service 360° bilingual PR/Communications firm.

The recently founded, MaGo! PR, a play on words on Gonzalez’s full name Marco Antonio Gonzalez and the Spanish-language word “mago,” which translates to magician in English, is a full-service 360° PR firm that specializes in entertainment publicity, executive corporate communications, issues management, employee communications, community relations, DEI and media training, social media, and English/Spanish translation services in both general and Hispanic markets.

Gonzalez, a 20+ year corporate communications veteran, most recently served as VP of Public Relations and Corporate Affairs at Estrella Media, a multiplatform Hispanic media company. In this role, he founded the company’s PR division and spearheaded all corporate communications, publicity campaigns, employee communications, and community relations efforts for the company’s television network, radio, and digital properties. Currently, he also serves as Board Chair of the Latino Equality Alliance, a social justice and Latinx LGBTQ+ advocacy nonprofit in Boyle Heights.

Gonzalez is an international, multilingual, and versatile communications executive with an extensive background and expertise in the Hispanic market and a successful track record in international publicity, issues management, employee communications, corporate social responsibility, entertainment publicity, press campaign development, and strategic communications in the U.S. and Latin America. He previously served in various communications capacities at companies such as Herbalife Nutrition, Univision Music Group, and The United Way of Greater Los Angeles.

As founder of MaGo! PR, Gonzalez develops and executes comprehensive communications strategies and publicity campaigns that serve as blueprints to expand, elevate and build his clients’ brands and that encompass a multicultural and bilingual approach to public relations and reputation management across various industry sectors.

My expertise focuses on developing comprehensive communications strategies from the ground up and building successful reputation management plans for brands and entertainment public figures.
