Media Vista Group completes acquisition of Univision Stations.

Media Vista Group, LLC (MVG) announced that it has completed the acquisition transaction for 4 television stations in 3 markets: KUKC 48 in Kansas City; WUMN 13 in Minneapolis; and, WLZE 51 and WUVF 2 in Ft Myers/Naples, FL, all Univision Station affiliates.
