El Diario/La Prensa Unveils New Look.

El Diario/La Prensa newspaper, the oldest Spanish language daily in the United States, unveiled its new format and design as part of its re-branding campaign on Monday January 26, 2004. Featuring a new logo, new typography, crisper graphics, and more photography, the newspaper continues to change with the times.

La Opinion & El Diario/La Prensa Form Impremedia LLC.

La Opinion’s owners, the Lozano Family, and CPK Media have announced they are combining forces to form the first ever national Spanish-language newspaper company in the United States targeting the growing Hispanic population. The new company, Impremedia LLC, brings together La Opinion and El Diario/La Prensa, the leading Spanish-language daily newspapers in Los Angeles and New York, the two largest Latino markets in the country.
