iCaramba U. launches.

LatCom Communications will be launching the first national Latino college publication, iCaramba U. Magazine, in 2004. iCaramba U. will serve as a complement to the iCaramba College Tour which features the Latinos Step National Tournament, concerts, contests, campus visits and other experiential marketing attractions.

The Billboard Latin Music Awards … LIVE!

Latin music’s most prestigious awards show will be brought to viewers live for the very first time, allowing them to share in the excitement of the evening as winners step up to be recognized by their peers and fans. The 2004 Billboard Latin Music Awards will take place on Thursday, April 29th, 2004 at the Miami Arena in Florida and will be produced and broadcast live by Telemundo at 7PM ET/PT.

LA Dodgers Sold.

Fox Entertainment Group and Frank McCourt announced that Major League Baseball has approved the sale of the Los Angeles Dodgers to real estate developer Frank McCourt. The gross purchase price for the sale of the Dodgers franchise and real estate assets is $430 million.
