Televisa and Univision will go to court on alleged breach of Program License Agreement.
The Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez, U.S. District Judge in Los Angeles, has denied Univision’s
Motion for Partial Summary Judgment. Univision sought a judgment from the Court that its claimed breaches of the long-term Program License Agreement between the two companies were not material and therefore not subject to termination by Televisa.
TV Azteca & Telemundo reach accord to settle outstanding lawsuits.
In a joint release, TV Azteca, S.A. de C.V. and Telemundo Network Group LLC, announced that they have reached an accord to settle multiple pending litigations.
