Disney is looking to get out of its joint venture with Univision, according to multiple reports.

The competition features top young players, ages 12 and under, from 17 top global clubs and will be held at the Ransom Everglades School in Miami, FL beginning on Sunday, December 27th through Tuesday, December 29th.
