Mega TV launches ‘Handyman’.

WSBS- Mega TV Channel 22 announced the launch of Handyman, a new lifestyle program hosted by comedian and entertainment personality Miguelito Gonzalez. Handyman will begin airing exclusively on Mega TV on Monday, February 26, 2007 at 9:00 p.m.

Miguelito Gonzales as Handyman promises to inspire Miami residents to overcome challenges and reach their goals. By decorating and remodeling participants’ homes, Gonzales will offer a more positive living environment and motivate participants to take a new approach to life’s many challenges and opportunities.

In each dramatic episode of Handyman, Gonzales and his team of colorful handymen will work with a lucky participant to remodel and redecorate a room in their household. This stirring rejuvenation promises to touch the lives of both the audience and the participants – providing uplifting inspiration and motivation to those less fortunate or in need.

During the first episode, Handyman will help a child with a dream of becoming a professional skier, and a mother who prays that her son comes home safe from the war. Miguelito will make viewers both laugh and cry as he and his team breathes new life into the dreams of Miami residents through their comedy and renovations.

Miguelito Gonzales is a talented Cuban humorist and a former member of the group “Fonomemecos.”
