Mega TV to premier Snakes & Lizards

Spanish Broadcasting System Inc., (‘SBS’) announced that its television division, Mega TV, will broadcast the extraordinary popular Brazilian soap opera from Globo TV, “Snakes & Lizards.” The soap opera will debut on Monday, July 12 and air daily Monday through Friday at 6:00 P.M. ET, 7:00 P.M. PT and 5:00 P.M. CT.
The premier of Snakes and Lizards will air from 6:30-7:00 P.M. ET on Monday July 12th, following the first part of Dos Caras’ grand finale from 6:00-6:30 P.M. ET. On Tuesday, July 13th, the audience will enjoy the final day of Dos Caras’ and another half an hour of the new soap opera, Snakes & Lizards. On Wednesday, July 14th, Snakes and Lizards will start at its regular scheduled time of 6 P.M. ET.
Snakes & Lizards is a modern and humanist comedy that deals with the opposition between two increasingly distant worlds: one upheld by the values of loyalty and companionship, and the other ruled by superfluity and the power of money. Omar Pasquim is the owner of Luxus department store, an immense empire that is synonymous with ostentation and power, and a reference for the rich from all over the country.
