MegaTV added to the Guinness Book of World Records.

Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS)announced that Mega TV is now part of the “Guinness Book of World Records” for broadcasting 37 uninterrupted hours of a talk show titled “100 x 35 el Reto de Julián,” hosted by Puerto Rican model and actor Julián Gil, on Mega TV Channel 30. The transmission began on Saturday, December 13 at 8:30 A.M. and ended on Sunday, December 14 at 9:30 P.M.
The show was taped at the Natatorium in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where for 37 hours without rest, Julián Gil interviewed well-known personalities, and spoke with groups and individuals who also wanted to be in the “Guinness Book of World Records” in different categories. Among them were a young athlete who swam for 12 hours straight, and two 10-year-old young ladies who skated for 14 hours without stopping. At the end of the 37 hours, the record was made official by Nancy Piñero and Luis Roldán, President and General Manager of Mega TV Channel 30 in Puerto Rico.
