Manuel E. Machado, CEO/Co-Chairman of MGSCOMM, announced that Harry Redlich has joined the agency as Executive Creative Director and Fernando E. Bonet as Executive Vice President. Mr. Redlich will manage conception and development of advertising campaigns for international, national and regional clients including: Florida Power & Light, University of Miami Health System (UHealth), Miami Marlins and Southeast Toyota Distributors. Mr. Bonet is responsible for building and implementing efficiency systems to streamline processes between the agency’s six wholly-owned business units throughout the development and execution of integrated communications campaigns.

Mr. Redlich brings more than 20 years of experience as a creative executive in the field of advertising to MGSCOMM, having held senior positions in many well-known agencies including: Rubin Postaer & Associates, Ogilvy & Mather, BBDO, DDB, Daily & Assoc., Dentsu, Deutsch, Team One, among others. His creative talents have led him to work on high profile accounts for clients such as Honda, Acura, Lexus, DIRECTV, eHarmony, Bank of America and many others. Most recently, Mr. Redlich was a Copywriter/Creative Director for SapientNitro in Miami.
An industry veteran, Mr. Bonet was Founding Partner and CEO of Accentmarketing, a top ranked, full- service, integrated communications agency with offices in Miami, Los Angeles and Detroit. During his tenure, Accentmarketing grew to 150 employees and was ranked among the top 10 national Hispanic agencies with annualized billings of $160 million. Throughout his career, Bonet has directed multi-million dollar marketing budgets for national and global brands, including: General Motors (Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, GM Brand, Cadillac, OnStar), Nextel/Sprint, Farmers Insurance, U.S. Navy, Dunkin Donuts, Alltel, Bacardi, USA.Gov, PCA Health Plans, Discovery Channel, Tobacco-Free Florida, American Heart Association, among others.
