Miller Lite Hispanic Heritage Month Work

Sharing our latest work for Miller Lite: Animales Místicos. It’s an NFL partnership in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, and a collaboration between the multicultural specialists at ALMA and the DDB Chicago team. Here’s what it’s all about:
Latino football fans living in the U.S. are proud of their roots and history, so for this year’s celebration from Sept 15 to Oct 15, Miller Lite teamed up with two of their alliance NFL teams with strong Latino fandom: the Houston Texans and the Chicago Bears. Enlisting Mexican Artist CHema Skandal, Miller Lite transformed their visual identities in the style of Mexican alebrijes – they’re brightly colored folk art sculptures of fantasy creatures. These images were used for out-of-home in Hispanic neighborhoods, customized gear for select local fans and leveraged for public relations to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month.
