Misterios de Yucatan Delivers For Discovery In LatAM.

Discovery Networks Latin America/Iberia (DNLAI) announced the outstanding ratings results from the July premiere of Discovery Channel’s Misterios de Yucatan, an hour-long regional production that takes viewers to the mysterious Cenotes (under water caves) of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula. In Mexico, the debut of Misterios de Yucatan increased Discovery Channel’s ratings by 150% with a 2.93 HH rating, placing the channel first among all pay TV networks within cable households. The special also propelled Discovery Channel to the number one spot in Venezuela with a 1.85 rating among all pay TV networks, representing a ratings increase of nearly 300% for the time slot.
