Morris named VP & GM Univision Radio Phoenix.

Univision Radio announced the appointment of Chris Morris as vice president and general manager of the Phoenix cluster of Univision Radio stations. Morris will be based in Phoenix and will report to Peter Moore, senior vice president and western regional manager, Univision Radio.

Morris has been with Univision since 2002 and has spent more than 17 years within the media sales and management industry. Before his current role as vice president and general manager, he served as Director of Sales and acting general manager for Univision Radio Phoenix. He joined Univision as a Local Sales Manager before being promoted to General Sales Manager. Morris was recognized as the Local Sales Manager of the Year in 2004 and General Sales Manager of the Year in 2008. Prior to joining the company, Chris worked as an Account Executive for Clear Channel.
