AAF Center on Multiculturalism Mission Statement

The American Advertising Federation’s (AAF) new Center on Multiculturalism consolidates AAF’s long-standing efforts to help companies prosper by leveraging America’s changing demographics. The Center on Multiculturalism also extends AAF’s vital outreach and advocacy endeavors to shape policies and foster an inclusive business culture for the communications industry through AAF’s Principles and Recommended Practices for Effective Advertising in the American Multicultural Marketplace.

The Center on Multiculturalism is dedicated to identifying and meeting evolving needs for centralized access to state of the art services and information. The Center will facilitate and simplify corporate efforts to deploy and assess practices that build successful multicultural teams and effective multicultural marketing initiatives. The Center channels AAF assets and provides entrée to expert resources including the Multicultural Business Practices Leadership Council, advertising’s preeminent forum on multicultural marketing and diversity issues.
