mun2 joins Nielsen national metered cable networks on NHI.

mun2 joins Nielsen’s roster of national metered cable networks that currently subscribes to Nielsen Homevideo Index, or NHI, the service that measures and reports cable television viewing.

“Our bicultural audience moves seamlessly between the Hispanic and general markets, consuming the best of both worlds. NHI is a great fit for mun2 and will more accurately represent our viewership and provide a better snapshot of who’s watching our programming,” said Alex Pels, general manager, mun2. “We’re looking forward to seeing even more positive ratings growth and continuing to deliver on our commitment to our audience and our advertising partners. Beginning August 27, 2007, mun2 coverage area universe estimates will be published in the NHI Newswire and the network’s viewing data will be published in the September 2007 and 4th Quarter 2007 editions of all three NHI syndicated reports.
