mun2 television Launches ‘The Report’.

mun2 television announced the addition of a new show to their line-up titled “The Report.” The program’s content will deliver a brief 15-minute news update on various topics of important interest to an urban young audience. Anchored by Holly Hannula, “The Report” launches on Monday, January 5th, and will air Monday through Thursday at 11PM ET/PT.

“’The Report’ is a news alternative show produced by young communicators who want to inform their “generation” about issues that relate to them,” said Yolanda Foster, Vice President of Programming at mun2 television. “It will differ from traditional newscasts in that it will provide young Latino audiences with important information to help them in their daily life.”

“The Report” will be anchored by Holly Hannula. A broadcasting and art history graduate from the University of Miami, Holly began her television experience at the UMTV (University of Miami TV Station) where she served as sports reporter/anchor and entertainment anchor. She did an internship at CBS, and in 2002, she hosted a science/technology show titled “Connection Discovery Asia” for the Discovery Channel. This year, Holly joined mun2 as co-host of “FuZion.”

“With ‘The Report,’ the young adult Latino audience will see themselves relating to the content and style of the show. Each news segment will have information of interest to young people like myself,” said Hannula.
