NAHJ Conference In California For Spanish Language Journalists.

The National Association of Hispanic Journalists will host its first-ever regional conference in California for Spanish-language journalists on Saturday, April 21 in Los Angeles.

The full-day conference will focus on professional development workshops for journalists working in the Spanish-language media. The conference will be held at KLCS-58 in Los Angeles from 9 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. KLCS is located at 1061 W. Temple St.

“Shooting in Hazardous Conditions,” moderated by Martin Orozco from KABC-7
“Reporting for local television vs. reporting for the network,” moderated by Jaime Garcia from Univision
The mission of the NAHJ, founded in 1984, is to increase the number of Hispanic journalists entering the profession and to improve the media’s coverage of the nation’s Latino community.
