Natalie Morales joins Los Herederos del Monte.

After the success of Telemundo’s telenovelas, NBC’s Today Show co-anchor, Natalie Morales, travelled to Colombia to participate in “Los Herederos del Monte” (9pm/8c) with a special appearance that will start airing Monday, April 25.
In “Los Herederos del Monte,” Morales, who currently serves as news correspondent and co-host of the popular morning show at NBC, will play a Texan who is the wife of Emiliano (Javier Gómez), a multimillionaire who takes her to the Del Monte homestead to purchase horses. Her arrival will set many hearts on fire, especially the heart of one of the Del Monte brothers, which will result in an explosive conflict in the hacienda.
“Los Herederos del Monte” is a successful telenovela that deals with the lives of five adoptive brothers who own the most valuable land in the region. After their father’s death, they find out that they have a sister named Paula Del Monte (Marlene Favela). The fiery Paula comes to claim her inheritance as legitimate daughter, and ends up falling in love with Juan Del Monte (Mario Cimarro), the oldest brother in charge of the farm.
As part of this initiative, NBC’s Today Show will air this May a special report by Morales which will take viewers into the world of Telemundo telenovelas.
