Ariela Nerubay has been named Vice President of Marketing and Sales for TuTv, a Univision Communications Inc. UVN and Grupo Televisa, S.A. joint venture created to operate and distribute a suite of Spanish-language television networks for digital cable and satellite delivery in the United States. Nerubay, who will be based in Los Angeles and report to TuTv CEO Mark Feldman, will oversee all marketing, advertising and sales activities for TuTv.
“With over 10 years of experience marketing to Hispanics in Mexico and the U.S., Ariela Nerubay brings a unique combination of cable expertise, in-depth Hispanic market knowledge and creative thinking to TuTv,” says Feldman.
“We are living a very exciting time in Hispanic television, the demand for Spanish-language cable and satellite channels will only continue to increase over time. My goal is to bring high quality Spanish language entertainment to every Hispanic digital household in the U.S.” says Nerubay.
Previously, Nerubay was account supervisor at Castells & Asociados were she lead a team of three, managing all the national and regional telecommunications accounts including Comcast, Adelphia, Time Warner, Charter, Cox, The LA Cable Co-op & HBO. Before that, she was account executive at La Agencia de Orci and worked on the Allstate Insurance and Washington Mutual accounts.
