Nescafé Frothé Partners With Aleks Syntek Concert Tour.
January 3, 2003
Celebrating the power of Latin music to create trends and unite young music lovers, Nescafé Frothé, the rich and foamy new line of coffee house-style beverages, will be the title sponsor of the 2003 U.S. concert tour featuring Mexican music sensation Aleks Syntek.
33-year old Yucatan-born musician Syntek is one of the most popular Latin music acts to step on the scene in recent years. Syntek began performing music at 13 and went professional at 16 as a musician, producer and composer. Fusing electronica with a distinctive alternative pop sound, Syntek enjoys growing popularity with young Latino audiences across Mexico, the U.S. and Latin America.
The tour kicks off February 14 in Chicago and will travel to Los Angeles (Feb. 17), San Diego (Feb. 19), Anaheim (Feb. 20), San Jose (Feb. 21), Las Vegas (Feb. 22), Houston (Feb. 27), San Antonio (Feb. 28), McAllen (March 1) and Dallas (March 2). At each venue, concertgoers will be able to sample select Nescafé Frothé varieties.
“We love performing in the States and we’re anxious to hit the road and meet our fans face to face for some memorable events,” says Syntek. “Nescafé has a rich tradition in the Latino community. Most of us know Nescafé from our family roots, as Nescafé is hugely popular in Latin America.”
Through a special partnership with Wal-Mart, Syntek fans in Texas will have an exclusive opportunity to meet the Latin sensation for autographs and free giveaway posters, get first-hand news on the tour and sample deliciously new Nescafé Frothé.
