Nestlé Juicy Juice promotes healthy habits.

Nestlé Juicy Juice announced the Copita Juicy Juice junior soccer tournament, which will take place at Pasadena’s Rose Bowl on Saturday, July 28 and Sunday, July 29. Keeping in step with Hispanic parents’ growing commitment to their children’s health and nutrition, Juicy Juice is promoting healthy choices and physical activity among children through this special soccer event. Over 300 children ages 10 and under from 32 junior soccer leagues are expected to participate in Copita Juicy Juice.

“By including healthy eating habits and physical activity as part of children’s daily routines, Hispanic parents can help set their kids on a path toward a healthy lifestyle,” said Victoria Nuevo-Celeste, Nestlé Juicy Juice Marketing Manager. “Nestlé Juicy Juice products are made from 100% juice with no added sugars, sweeteners, preservatives or artificial flavors, providing important nutrients every child needs. We are very proud to host Copita Juicy Juice and encourage healthy habits among young children.”

“The current technology trends of videogames and computers have taken most of our kids’ free time,” said Claudia Gonzalez, Nutritionist and Health Expert. “As parents, it is critical that we incorporate exercise and physical activity as part of our children’s daily routines. It is important to always have fruits and vegetables available at home so kids can have healthy options, instead of high-calorie snacks and beverages with low nutritional value. Juicy Juice provides a great option for moms on the go, who want to provide their kids the nutritional benefits of 100% natural fruit juice.”

Nestlé Juicy Juice partnered with the Hispanic Soccer Alliance to offer the Los Angeles community a fun and healthy event for their children. Copita Juicy Juice will allow junior soccer leagues to participate in a friendly environment and promote exercise and healthy habits among Hispanics in Los Angeles.
