The RAB put forth an article titled “Advertising to Hispanic Audiences: Radio + Digital Is a Powerful Approach” to justify the combination of Radio + Digital to target US Hispanics.”

According to what standard are they justifying that  – 75% of Hispanics speak Spanish, and it’s important to note that not all have any proficiency with the language?

We have one question would the RAB also state that – Most American speak English, and it’s important to note that not all have any proficiency with the language?

Would they make this statement and use it as a position proposition for the increased usage of radio + digital to target Black Listeners?

In the case of Hispanics, depending from what country you or your family originates, your Spanish and language expressions vary from country to country.

Is this the way to position targeting US Hispanics in English?

It insults our Hispanic Radio Listeners.

US Hispanic Radio broadcasts should call the Radio Advertising Bureau and complain about this article.
